"I live about 30 miles away from here but it's where my mom gets some of her scripts. Today was a third time going to pick up the same script. I keep getting told oh no not today it'll be in tomorrow afternoon, and when I come the next day in the afternoon I get told the same thing. So figure 60 mi a day and now I've gone three times that's almost 200 mi. This is ridiculous, just say sorry it's not in yet and leave it at that Don't say oh tomorrow when you don't know for sure."

"the customer service is horrible here, I waited an HOUR for ibuprofen. children's at that. and the hold up was that the pharmacy thought the dosage was wrong. made me wait for them to call the doctors and everything, mind you I even called ahead and they told me would take 15 min. I got here and waited an hour. that's an hour and 15 min I had to wait for something you can easily find out the dosage for. rediculous! and the customer service is horrible. got some lady with a unibrow saying she's doing her job but she isn't if she was she would be able to do the math herself as to how much the dosage would be with my son's weight. oh the incompetence. unbelievable"
