"So frustrating. I've used this pharmacy for several years and over those years it has gotten more and more disorganized. I try to always use their automated phone system so as not to take away their customerl service at the counter. Inevitably though I encounter one issue or another. Technology is still only as good as the people receiving the information. The counter staff has always been very polite and helpful but they really need to figure out how to figure out where the breakdown of information transference is and fix it. VERY INCONVENIENT."

"Drove to the Drive-thru at 1:15pm in Waterloo, NY, pressed the call button, then someone answered and said "Someone will be with you shortly". We waited 10 minutes and pressed the call button again. Someone said "We are closing for lunch, there is only one person so she will be with you after she gets done with the long line of other people waiting". I said "how long is it going to be", and she said " when she gets done with the long line of people . I said " forget it". The reason I went to the drive-thru was because it is sometimes quicker and she initially told me that someone would be with me shortly. I probably wouldn't have gotten upset if she initially told me that she was going to lunch, come back later. Ugghh! Cindy"
