"I have been a member for 20 years. The communication here is lacking, if not non existent. Multiple times their site has been down, direct deposits not going through and zero notification of these issues. They claim they email but when checked there is never an email. If they know of these issues, why don't we as their members? They claim direct deposits come earlier now in a previous review response but instead they are later than ever. What is the truth and why after 20 years as a member do I not feel valued. I would advise skipping this bank and going to a better ran and more communicative credit union. I will be doing the same myself. Too bad it took me 20 years to come to this decision but I don't see it getting any better or more with the times any time soon"
