"Basically pointless to be associated with this bank. I was formally with Everbank out of Florida for precious metals. TIAA bought them out. ACH transactions, check deposits, and other basic transactional services take absolutely forever to process, settle, and funds available. My credit union processes transactions far faster. Chase is almost immediate. Their app was a huge degrade - basically pointless unless u are reviewing their account. Their over the phone customer service is good though. Only reason Iv stuck with TIAA is because my credit card rate is exceptional - they don't offer credit cards anymore. What a shame. Today I went to a branch for the first time - by appointment only...like are you serious? Couldn't even deposit a check or have access to an ATM. Why I give it 1 star."
