"Very rude guy up front. Came in with a gentlemen who couldn't find his email confirmation. The guy at the desk didn't even want to help. He was ready to leave them out of the bus. Talk about bad service. Yes he should have had his confirmation but the customer service was so bad. Disgusted. Is that how immigrants treat each other."

"Will not turn on the heat! Horrible uncomfortable experience-for that many hours too! Omg no you will never regret greyhound buses after getting on a “china bus”. They can be racist and yell at you. Watched as the bus driver yelled at someone while he was boarding the bus. As soon as he got on he was yelled at to go sit in the back!! NOPE, this is a new age this is UNACCEPTABLE! They drive recklessly!! Pressed on time it’s like, and don’t care for safety. Don’t even think you can ask questions! They speak bad, broken English so you won’t get any help. You just board, sit down and go through a bad trip all the way to nyc quietly. This is only good for those who can only afford 50$ tickets to go to and from nyc/buffalo. Not worth it after what I’ve seen and heard from my friends. Sometimes greyhound has 55-70$ tickets, do that instead of you have to!"

"Bus buses do not reach on time. There is a lot of rage to pick up someone. Bathroom Impressions are extremely needed. Ticket prices are less good for poor people"

"This company is horrible first off they were late with pick up ok fine but the destination on the ticket the bus driver didnt want to take me and my 10 yr old to. Then i asked him y he said no i dont know call the company i call the company no answer. On top of that he had told about 10 other Asians or chinese to stay on and was making me get off i said take me to the address on my ticket when he seen i wouldnt get off he had them get off and took me 2 the parking garage and left me and my son there. Stranded. Mind you the bus parking garage is in brooklyn my stop was 3 bowery in Manhattan Im now standing for the police. He wouldn't even speak with the emergency operator he left us there."
