"Was just stuck behind the black minivan on the 400. The van is not allowing drivers to pass and brake checking. Once we were finally able to pass, passenger seat driver was laughing at us making it very clear they were aware of how insane they are driving. This may sound a little Karen-ish but an accident is bound to happen sooner or later."
