"Worst customer service ever.. old lady treat me with very disrespect. i went for repair my jewelry repair, They changed the color of the stone and later denied it. The man asked me to throw my jewelry with them. They should learn some manners to run their business.(especially the old lady there) i have asked her to call the man who is the owner probably so i can explain my reason of coming but she said the man is busy inside doing something, so i have started telling her my problem and her reply was “omg omg i don’t want to talk to you.” such a aggressive lady.. If you are a person with some self respect ‘Stay away from them’. i was very surprised to see their page high rating. Making customer fool with their high prices even for such a small job, They charge arm n leg. Very unprofessional. Worst customer service. Don’t support their business.. Extremely disappointed. stay away from these cheaters.."
