"The only critique of this company is the personal messages are always cropped so all of the words are not visible or cut off altogether. May require Venus to change the font. These are important messages we want to send out and this is the second time I got that my message was cropped. Other than that my loved one really enjoyed it and they smell amazing."

"Ordered a marble flower arrangement ($700) and the arrangement arrived damaged in the box. Contacted support and they were understanding and sent another replacement after I shipped the original back. Then the second one also came damaged! I was obviously frustrated and spoke to customer support and yet again they were willing to work with me. They sent a 3rd arrangement and it finally came in great condition. This was part of a present for my wife, and she ended up getting an actual beautiful arrangement about 1 week past the original date because of these inconveniences. I will say though...despite all of these hiccups, customer service came through and provided excellent support. The flowers are beautiful, and I was originally planning on leaving a 2 star review. The excellent customer service is what gives them 4 stars. Ideally I would give 3.5 but since google doesn't provide that option...I rounded up to 4. Would I order from here again...probably? Despite the frustration, customer support was prompt with responses and understanding."
