"My bf was trying to be sweet and get me a bouquet of roses with baby’s breath and told them he didn’t know much about flowers so if they could help. He handed me the bouquet but the flowers were all misplaced no order and unfortunately already losing petals and looking like they were dying. Don’t recommend."

"My husband has been buying flowers from here on a monthly basis for quite some time, and usually they’re exceptional. However, he came home today with flowers which he places the order for yesterday, and they were wilted and just in poor condition, and I went back because he spent $160 on 2 dozen roses for Valentine’s Day and $40 for 4 roses for our daughter. The daughter agreed that the roses should’ve never left the shop like the way they did and they picked the petals to make them more presentable as there were so many with rotten petals, and said she’s have her father call in when he comes in or tomorrow, and I said sure absolutely I know it’s busy it’s Valentine’s Day no big deal. I get a call from the the “dad” and he’s like what do you expect it’s the busiest day of the year… and I said I expect your quality to be consistent if you can’t handle the orders and are overwhelmed don’t take them, it’s not like my husband was a walk in he placed the order yesterday. The guy proceeded to say thanks for the feedback, and I stated that’s not enough your daughter said we would come to a solution. 200$ for flowers and they look so awful? The guy got so angry and was like come give me my flowers back then and I’ll give u a refund and I said sure I’ll come tomorrow and he’s like tomorrow!? NO give me your address leave them outside I’ll come pick them up, and he did. The presentation was poor the quality of the flowers was poor, and the customer service was poor. Would not recommend unless you want them to yell at you bc they gave you poor quality flowers… lol"

"Dorothy and her team (including her dog, Holly, of course) did an outstanding job from start to finish with the flowers for both the rehearsal dinner and welcome reception for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding last week. It was a delight to work with Dorothy to "co-create" flowers for both the small rehearsal dinner and larger reception following. She was extremely clear in communicating what flowers would be available, go well together and creative in suggesting what would make sense for different settings. When I arrived in town for the wedding, I was able to meet Dorothy, discuss options with the flowers at hand and finalize plans in person. The end result was stunning! (They also did the flowers for the wedding which were gorgeous.) The delivery logistics were flawless and the warmth and care of their shop came through along with the beautiful flowers. I even brought some flowers home (across the country) and they still look fantastic a week and 3,000 miles later. Thank you, Dorothy and Hengstenberg's team!"
