"The only person I trust at this bank is Laurie. Bank of Holland used to know their customers, I have had accounts there for about 15 years, never got ID'd until this year. The staff don't know their customers and it's ridiculous. One teller was so rude multiple times- I put a negative review and it was addressed by her saying "she had no idea she was being snotty". I was then asked to take my review down because it was resolved. However, this issue persists. Which is why I will only deal with Laurie who does an amazing job and the only redeeming quality about this bank anymore."
