"Tried to get a band replacement, they not only burred/frayed the metal on the watch, but the band fell off before we got out of the mall. They don't accept anything but cash. It's a net loss."
"Sabeel ahmed was the best in the world I came there and he knew exactly what I needed he made me feel very welcomed and at ease I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything and I got the perfect watch ever"
"Bought two bands for my boyfriend's watch, had them put one on; fine service at this time and was told I could switch the bands at any time free of charge. Went back a month later to switch to other band& exchange the first band as it was too big. (Both bands purchased here on first visit). I was told that the band was scratched and wouldn't be accepted for exchange. 'Scratches' on band were from trying on once and weren't sctatches, they were indents from fastening the buckle while trying on. Product shouldn't be damaged beyond exchange after trying on once; poor quality and poor exchange policy. Lost out on $30; would not recommend."
"Total ripoff artist. He charged me $30 to replace a battery and didnt bother to tell me the watch was broken. He later tried to charge me $25 for removing 2 links from a watch. I went in once because he was having a 50% off sale on invicta watches. I asked the price on one watch which I knew normally sells for around $200, he told me it was $450."
"It sucks to see the place being run by one employee trying to balance selling watches and repairing them at the same time. I was charged $10 for just 2 watch pins and was offered a battery replacement for an additional $30. Definitley going somewhere else next time."
