"I work out of town (at this moment in Texas) and I ordered a surprise arrangement for my girlfriend while she was at work today. A bit nervous about trusting somewhere to handle everything I took a chance and asked for a couple roses and some pretty stuff that smelled nice within a $50 range. They absolutely nailed it. They sent me a picture via text before delivery to make sure it was ok and then the delivery guy went above and beyond to find someone to let him into a secure building where my girlfriend works. "Amazing service. Called in on the day of a wake, 2 hours beforehand and asked to arrange a sympathy arrangement to be delivered. They had the flowers promptly delivered to the wake service when it had started AND this was a shot in the dark for me. Get this, I live in Canada! I wanted to have flowers delivered and did not know of any businesses in Syracuse. Called this one because it has been around for a while, quick and easy order on the phone including payment and I had a nice arrangement delivered to a friend sitting in my home in Canada. My son called, complained and the owner personally apologized and delivered a humongous box of Hershey Chocolates to my door AND included a balloon. Now that’s my kind of service!"
