"Paid $200 from Wyandanch to Elizabeth NJ Trinitas hospital, during COVID-19, family member in ICU & could have died. Glad they were available to take me to NJ."

"Taxi arrived 20 min late and never showed up to pick me up from the doctor's office. Waited 2 hrs saying they would send a Lyft to pick me up and nothing. Then they wouldn't answer the phone. Worse company ever."

"HORRIBLE, never on time and way too expensive. They be ripping customers off and lying about their prices. I paid $12 dollars for a 7 MINUTE ride!! and I had to pay $10 today for a 5 minute ride and they arrived SUPER LATE...such a poor excuse of a taxi service. I don't not recommend lindy's at all, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."

"I made a reservation for 230 am to the babylon train station the night before. I called at 215 to confirm they'll be picking me up. And the man I spoke to didn't have my reservation. I had to catch a train to make it to the airport. He sent out a car and I barely made the train. Only because the driver had to run a few red lights I would not recommend this company"

"Worst cab service out there. Called for a ride, told 5 minutes. The guy came slowed down when he saw me, than sped off. I called again, woman says he didn't see me, someone will be there in 5. 15 minutes later, same guy looks at me. I wave so that he can actually "see me". He keeps going. I call a third time and was told there is nothing they can do. 45 minutes in total waiting for a ride. I ended up walking home which was another 45 minutes. Maybe it's because I'm white."
