Money was tight during Covid and instead of taking advantage of my desperation they gave me a loan for the amount that I needed. The 4 other places I went to offered me nothing close to what I got from capital. Not only that, I got an extension on the loan and they waived me the late fee for me when I finally was able to pick my item up. That one interaction has but my loyalty I will never go anywhere else and multiple members of my family have become loyal customers of theirs now too"
