"The absolute worst experience ever, came here to pawn my item and the gentleman who I must say was very helpful but couldn't do it at the time because I couldn't remember my password, he told me go home figure it out and come back and he will help me. I did just that only when I came back with the password the same gentleman was not there and there was someone else who looked like he didn't want to be there said he cant do it, I asked him to please call the gentleman as I used the last of my money to get there and live 6 miles away he refused even the cooperate office tried calling him and he still refused. Now I am left stranded which I can always walk but have no way to get to work. This place especially that guy are the worse people to deal with. I will also contact the better business bureau and inform them of there ways of doing business."
