"I had a horrible online experience with a brand new E-Bike that I purchased online, it doesn’t run! (long story) I decided to look at other e-bikes. Went into a few well known bike stores, to look at bikes and explain my situation, only to be disappointed by the lack of knowledge some employees, exhibited, and how impersonal my whole experience with them. And so you know, Bert’s, and Tom’s bikes won’t touch any electronics on an e-bike that was not purchased in their stores, however I do understand. So there’s that. I just happened to wander into Freewheel and look at some of the e-bikes. I met Chris, explained my situation, and he offered to help me out, by not only repairing my current e-bike (long story) that I purchased online, but let me view and ride an e-bike I was interested in. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of the bike, and was very patient with me. It was my very first experience riding an e-bike, and I loved it so much that I purchased the bike from his recommendation! Chris and the staff are really helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of me. This is what great customer service is all about. If you’re looking to purchase an e-bike or regular bike, I highly recommend that Freewheel Bike Shop be your first choice.
