"Absolutely love this place. It's clean, comfortable, & friendly. I've just started working out the last few months. Planet fitness has made it so easy, by using the app to figure out any machine, & there are so many of each piece of equipment, that makes it so easy to use. I don't feel uncomfortable when working out (they're real big on that). The staff is friendly. The place is clean. And my favorite thing to do after my workout is to have a hydro massage!!"

"been going here for over five years but the hydro massage and tanning areas have been consistently unclean lately. The floor is littered with garbage and I have never seen the staff clean anything. I waited over 25 minutes for an employee to clean the tanning area after I notified them, just to end up cleaning it myself due to the poor service."
