"Stopped in the store today to sell my wedding set. As a woman examined my ring a man who was a couple feet away said ‘what is that a 1/2 carat, we are over loaded with those’. The woman examining my ring replied no it’s a carat. Then waited for another woman to review my ring. The 2nd woman reviewed it and offered me 9% of what it is appraised at with all the paperwork provided. Simply stating you’re uninterested and completely insulting someone are two different things. You run a horrible unprofessional business. Sellers and Buyers beware."
