"The first day that the Cuban link bracelet came out I went to the store and requested to be put on the waitlist. Then over a month and half later, I got a call at 3:50pm saying that the bracelet was in stock. I then told the manager that I would be there by the end of the day and requested that she hold it under my name. I then drive 1hr and 45min away with the sole purpose of getting this bracelet as a Christmas present. When I get to the store I not only have to wait 15 minutes to get an employees attention but when I Finally do, the manager tells me that I “did not communicate that I was coming” so they gave my bracelet to someone else. Then she started to get an attitude with me saying that she couldn’t give me one, even though she had no problem giving mine away. This manager is absolutely one of the worst that I have met."
