"Hands down the worst company that I have ever had to deal with!!?!! Unfortunately I have to use them everyday for my Medicaid cab. Worst part about it is you can't even complain to anyone about their horrible drivers and their horrible dispatchers because all calls go to India or wherever?"

"Driver 1185 was very unprofessional in his due diligence this morning. Attitude from the moment we stepped in his ride. If you felt like that today, you should of stayed home. Calling med service to confirm that you have the right person instead of turning around and asking me."

"Car arrived late. Driver was practically falling asleep on the road, had his wife in the front seat (??) keeping him awake. Car smelled like diesel fumes and was dirty, back door didn’t seem like it closed all the way. Driving was unsafe, drifting between lanes, slamming on brakes, abruptly making hard turns. Ride cost WAY too much even if the service or vehicle had been good (it was not) - over $100 for 27 miles on the thruway??? Robbery. Will never use this service again. Honestly want a refund."

"THIS DRIVER THREW ROCKS AT MY CAR AFTER CUTTING ME OFF ON THE THRUWAY! I called to complain and got hung up on and told that nothing was going to be done. If I were to walk outside where I work in my shirt with their business name on it and threw rocks at car i would be fired! ALSO WHO KEEPS ROCKS IN THEIR CAR unless you are mentally not stable! Absolutely ridiculous!"
