"Zero ... Absolutely terrible experience .... Driver delivered to wrong house ...and then lied about it ...... Took much longer for order because by the time I spoke to customer service and they spoke to the driver and then re ordered it .... I thought take out taxi made it right because i saw a refund on my account but no , the charge came thru later the following day ..... I hate liers .... Cameras however don't lie ! 4/3/23 reply to owners response : 1) we never had a discussion in regards to a re-order - the first female associate I spoke to at your business said she had to call the driver before anything. The vehicle I now know as the driver then sat in front of my house while I can only assume your associate asked the driver about the order. The associate then called me back and still didn't believe I hadn't received the order and asked about the color of my house . The order was just placed again without my knowledge and I only knew about it when the app showed it. 2) I only called and spoke to you ( owner ) when I had confirmation from my camera where the order ended up . We never talked about re-ordeing. As a matter of fact you hardly let me talk and continued to talk over me. It's really not about receiving free donuts - customer service clearly doesn't come naturally to some people. We have used your service many times without issue but this event is hard to over look from start to finish ."

"Ordered a dozen doughnuts. Got 6. Called to find out what's going on. Man expressed his apologies and said he'd give us another free dozen as compensation. I said, oh thats cool, idk if i need another dozen. He mentioned freezing them, but I live in California, so idk that they'd make it. I then figured but I could just take the extra dozen to the NICU where my daughter is (we were here visiting when my wife gave birth prematurely). I now have 18 doughnuts total. The original 12 I ordered and another 6. I guess I have to eat 18 doughnuts now. Pic is the original 6 of 12 doughnuts received first. 2nd pic is of the missing 6, plus 6 more."

"Joke of a company, terrible communication and even worse customer service. Incomplete order received, left multiple messages shortly after it happened and days later still have not heard back. They certainly didn't hesitate to take my money but can't be bothered to be a decent business. If you want all the food you ordered and you want it on time, go elsewhere, many way more reliable choices in this area!"

"Driver got away with my change thinking it was a tip after I clearly stated it wasn't. They were supposed to replace it by emailing me a gift card or refund my money back and I haven't received it yet. First time dealing with them and probably the last"
