Sensation Nightclub

"Great nightclub with good drinks. Just make sure that if you pay with card you check your balance the next couple of days, they made an unauthorized charge to me (and also to a friend), so I had to contact them to get it removed. Support staff was helpful and got it removed in a couple days, however if I hadn't had noticed I would have lost $31. My friend is also calling them to get his charge removed. In the future I will only be paying with cash at this establishment."

"The place is good and has potential but in a club everything is about the music. I have been 3 times, the first one was good but the others were all about loud rnb music all the time or changing the music every 30 seconds. Waiting outside 20 minutes for $10 cover, $12 drinks and rnb music all the time.... no, i’m not going again"

"Best Nightclub in Rochester NY. The entire staff is amazing. Hottest girls in the city either work there or go there. If you love VIP service this is the place to be. Everyone is treated like Royalty."

"As someone who has been to multiple clubs, I was not at all comfortable with Sensation’s atmosphere and left after 30 minutes. I, as a woman, felt degraded and unsafe in a place I thought I could have fun with my girlfriends. To any group of young girls planning to go out to a club, I would encourage you to rethink Sensations as I can guarentee it is not the safe atmosphere portrayed online."

"This place has potential... too bad it’s going to kill itself. I appreciate the attempt to create an upscale club which Rochester is missing, however, mandatory coat check? 15 minutes waiting outside to get into the lobby and another 15 in line for ID and pat down to walk into an almost empty room? Hopefully these are growing pains. Music was decent on the night I went with a guest DJ. Drinks pricey and a 10 buck cover seems a bit much. Upscale attire applies to some. There’s definitely a crowd this is catered to and that crowd is not your typical Rochester crowd. Vinyl on steroids."
