"Here at Auroamerica, we are a very busy Multi service business that caters to the local community. Family owned and operated with integrity. A one stop shop for the communities needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service. Any issues and concerns are handled promptly by reviewing camera footage and interviewing employees and other customers present in order to rectify the situation appropriately. After reviewing camera footage from your service, and speaking to “regular” known customers present during your visit it appears that the confusion lies in the fact that your price included other services that you requested like a typed letter and/or needed help filling out a an application. Notary prices are set by the New York State Licensing Department, now if you request a typed letter plus a notary stamp that warrants an additional price. I hope this explanation warrants a true and accurate review of our business. We hope to help you soon!"
