I came in disorganized and freaking out and he sorted through my taxes at the last minute because I procrastinated like an idiot. When I finally did reach Mr. Eleftheriou after days of ringing the office, he laughed at me when I asked him why my refund hasn't been received after more than a month and said that was not his job.
