"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Horrible experience!!!!!! It was my first time here & the way I was treated was TRASH! I walked in on a Friday around 4pm requesting a specific nail tech. I was told they were on vacation & that they were busy until 5pm or 6pm. I told them I was super flexible & wouldn't mind coming back. Receptionist did not ask for my name or number. She simply gave me their business card & told me to call back when I return. I give them a call before 6pm to see if they were still available & they told me to come in. I show up & an Asian lady started closing all the window shades & closes the door in our faces saying it's closed! I explained how the receptionist told me to come back & she literally told me that she left half an hour ago & kept saying it's closed! The website clearly says you close at 8pm & why would your receptionist not just be honest!!! DISGUSTING TREATMENT! NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I'll take my money elsewhere where I'm not treated like trash! LADIES, SAVE YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY & TAKE IT ELSEWHERE"

"Second time here, Horrible pedicure. Left in pain! The first time was wonderful, they lady gave me a great pedicure. This time, a different lady did my pedicure and it was not professional at all. She started scrubbing my feet and using a sander without even letting them soak first. She was burning my feet and I had to pull away. The paint job was also bad and nails uneven, she had to redo them. Now my heels are in pain and the bottom of my feet are not even smooth because she didn't let them soak first: I never experienced this kind of method ever, what professional doesn't know to soak the feet first before using a pumice stone. And this place is more expensive than the neighbor salons. Look at the picture and this is suppose to be a fresh pedicure. Mind you this was her second attempt after mesaying the nails were uneven and paint job was not smooth. So frustrationing. Waste of money Do not recommend."

"We went for the first time, by finding them on Google. It was an ok service, the lady kept on talking on her phone in Spanish while doing pedicure. They do take walk-in, however, a bit overpriced for the area."
