"Walked in for a regular pedi Sat evening without realizing it was close to closing time. The owner and the nail techs were very welcoming initially but after a quick service they started to turn off the lights and rushed me out of the salon without letting me properly dry my nails. I wish they’d told me they were closing soon. Would’ve save the $50 for proper care some other day instead of smudged toes."
"Please listen to all of the bad reviews on here. My nails look fine, but Jemmy was the rudest nail tech I’ve ever experienced in my life. Literally rolling her eyes and scowling and scoffing at me the whole time, like I was inconveniencing her by having her do my nails? Even the other employees were laughing at how mean she was being, yet no one was stepping in to help. I work a very demanding job as a nurse and just wanted to unwind, yet I paid for an incredibly overpriced manicure with bad service."
"I took my daughter there to get gel extensions. I asked how much and it was told $46 and little extra for extensions. So I thought it’s just little extra money. So my daughter did gel extensions. She wants to put four fingers little stars on it and lady said $15 extra. I said it’s fine. All done and they charged me $120 for all and I think it’s bit too much. And stars are not that great, little lopsided.. I gave lady $17 tips for cash. I am just not happy about it."
"I have never posted about any place I’ve used, but I am so frustrated with my experience that I don’t want others to experience it. I came in asking for a manicure and pedicure and they told me to pick my colors, wait in the pedicure chair and that it would be a few minutes, no big deal. After 25 minutes, I finally spoke up and asked how much longer and that I can just go to another place. The owner looked at my shocked and said you’re getting a pedicure, I thought you were just waiting for someone else. Seriously, how does that make any sense? So, finally someone starting my pedicure and eventually manicure. When asked to pay I offered a card, but they said there machine was broken and they would take down my card number, which felt fishy to me. They then told me I could go next door to the deli atm and get money from there, which is annoying because there is a surcharge to use an atm like that. Since I wanted to get out of there I agreed, but said I needed to dry my nails first. The owner said okay, but we are closing soon, so you need to hurry up. Really?!!!! I waited a half hour for anyone to start my pedicure because for some reason you thought I wasn’t a customer. I dried my nails for 3 minutes before they rushed me out to get money. They forced my to put my sneakers back on, reach into my backpack and retrieve my wallet without any assistance. Naturally, a nail got messed up and almost all of my toe nails are imprinted with the pattern of my socks. I wasted $47 dollars and a ridiculous amount of time just to suffer through rude and inconsiderate service and to have both my manicure and pedicure ruined. I am extremely frustrated with my experience."
"I decided to randomly try this place last Saturday and it was such a great experience!! The place was busy when I walked in, but I did not have to wait. The nail technicians are very friendly and know what they're doing. The place itself may be small, but it was clean and welcoming. What really impressed me is that even though the place was busy, my nail technician Blanca did not rush through my manicure. She took the time to properly remove my previous gels and made sure every nail met her standards before moving on to the other. She also recommended the peach color and I've already gotten many compliments on my manicure. I only wish this place was closer to my house, because I will definitely be back!"
