"Very rude never ever will I ever walk into this place. I walked in and asked the woman if she was great with shaping bcuz she was a senior citizen she said get out don’t talk to me like that, Chile I was confused lol but after matching her energy nobody there wanted to deal with me I went across the street and been going there since…. They need to close down any way every body there do old style nails I only went bcuz then senior citizens do a good job on my feet slow but they get it done"

"I am actually not sure as to why they got good ratings AT ALL. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had!! First off, most of the workers here are extremely rude and rough with your hands. David had the nerve to over charge me for a fill in that was supposed to be 16 dollars. He told me it was 20$. When I declined paying the 20$, he refused to ever do my nails again. These people are extremely cheap and charge for EVERY LITTLE THING. Plus they are very unprofessional and rude. I don’t care if it is one’s CULTURE to be rough. There is a certain professionalism that Must be kept if you want to continue having customers. Additionally, I cane super early to get my nails done and was never seen while people who came after me were seen before me. After 3 hours of waiting to get my nails done, I decided to go to the nail salon across the street. When I came back to wash my hands, I was told that I can’t wash my hands because “I am not a cuatomer” (even though I came in earlier that day to get my toes done)."
