"Sharon does an incredible job every time. Very professional and she cares about her customers. I love her vibes and how much she cares about her work and the customer's experience!"
"Less than 24 hours later and every freaking nail is lifting or has already peeled. This place SUCKS!!! coupled with unsanitary practices by employees and inferior/low quality products for your nails, Long nails needs to close its doors. Sorry ladies downtown, I know it's "affordable", but how affordable can it be if you spend over $50 to do your nails and still have to fo it over the very next day."
"Worst customer service experience ever. They completely messed up my nails, and when I went back to the lady who messed them up, she offered to redo them. However, considering how terrible the first job was, I declined. The manager insisted that she had to fix them since she did them initially, leaving me with no other option. Unfortunately, just two days after the redo, my nails chipped again. Frustrated, I returned to complain, and this time the manager offered to redo them once more. I refused, as redoing my nails twice in a week using the nail filler machine would weaken them. I informed the manager that I would contact my credit card company for a refund. Surprisingly, the manager seemed upset and commented, "That's not good." Throughout this whole ordeal, I didn't receive an apology as a customer. I will never return to that place again. Fortunately, I'm glad I paid with my card, even though they claim they don't accept credit cards. They usually hide this fact and only mention it when a customer is about to leave without cash."
"For starters I’ve waited almost 2 hours to get serviced. I had to ask the women to clean her tools because they looked used. I also said time and time again I wanted regular polish after she tried to peer pressure me into getting gel. On my nails because I get my natural nails wrapped she made the acrylic too thin to the point where it chipped 2 days later. I do not recommend this place at all the price point is not worth it."
"Was really disappointed with my acrylic & gel French manicure here. The place is pretty dirty for one, and a bit chaotic. The woman doing my nails was so lovely, but I ended up going somewhere else the next day to get them redone because I was so unhappy with the way they looked. The French tip I got (in pink) was uneven and didn’t cover the white of my nail. The acrylics themselves were super thick and just looked tacky. I had been excited to get my nails done pre-vacation, and luckily had time to get them redone, but I will not be coming back here nor recommending it to others."
