"They skim over the basics like cuticles and filing and use aggressive electronic filling tools on nails to avoid cleaning of non gel varnish properly."
"I go there a lot as it’s in my neighborhood. I love the nails they do, most of the tech there do a great job at my nails. The price is reasonable too so I keep going back. The owner lady is super nice too. I would recommend anyone for their service from a technical perspective. However the only complaint I have is some of the tech lady’s attitude and constant gossip. I know Chinese but most of their clients don’t, often they talk about if a client is a lot to handle or didn’t tip enough in Chinese right in front of the client. I have been to other nail salons they are not like this. I would recommend the owner lady to improve this aspect of their service so that everyone can have a more pleasant experience."
"Frankly, I didn’t even know it was possible for an adult to paint this badly. It looks like she rolled my nail in sand before commencing. The nail polish was standard normal looking OPI provided by the salon. The rest of the experience was mediocre but this paint job is just absurd."
