"Visited their showroom because we were looking for a Harman Pellet Insert. Not a huge showroom but nice variety of equipment. Met with owner Jonathan and we discussed in detail the process of getting an insert installed, worked on an informal quote, liked what we heard. Jonathan then came out to the house for a formal work up and the quote was very accurate to what we discussed. We wanted a particular model that he had to order but once it arrived, Jonathan came out and did the install in a few hours. Unit install came out great, very straightforward, I also ordered a few tons of pellets from them, fair price for a quality pellet. It's truly a family run business. I got handwritten notes Mrs. Rella with my formal quote, Jonathan is a one man show between pellet delivery and installation. Even after the job was done a few days later I received a hand written thank you note from Mrs. Rella thanking me for our business. I can't remember ever receiving something so personal from a business after having the work completed, definitely not from a corporation. I believe the price for the installation was very fair. Compared to other quotes I received everything was on the level. Prices from equipment lined up with research I did as if I ordered the equipment myself. You can certainly do the installation yourself and save a couple of bucks but I opted to have Jonathan do the installation for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend stopping in and talking with them if you're interested in having an insert installed. For reference the photos show the insert frame and the Harman 42i insert."

"people where very nice pellet pickup was good The Down side to the visit was the Price..bag of wood pellets were close to double what you would expect... Gouging is what comes to mind.. This end of season and they did have stock but OUCH!!! even price per ton was over what would seem to be reasonable... Next year will plan Better.. They did however have good pellets...thanks for that"
