"absolutely terrible customer service and attitudes. i called for a follow up - i had to use a different service to get water in my house as i had no water for over a day and Guilderland Pump Sales said they wouldnt be able to come for a couple of days. when i called a few days later and he learned I had to use a different service he said, "YOU COULDNT WAIT?" and as i explained i needed water, he hung up on me. absolutely disgusting."

"We purchased our 175 year-old home in 2013. In July 2016 (drought year) while we were on vacation, a house sitter left a hose running for ?? days - long enough to drain the well and suck a lot of gunk Into the pipes. Guilderland Pump saved our pump and helped get us back online! I expected to pay thousands. The bill was far, far lower than I could have imagined. This is old-school good local business at its best."
