"Christian was our technician and did maintenance on the heating and AC system for a home that we moved into. He arrived on time, was courteous, and answered all our questions in a professional manner. He also sealed off some cracks in the wall where the pipes go outside the house. The job he did was clean and looked better than what another HVAC company originally did. I can see why other reviewers give Christian high ratings as well. Jerry, the sales manager, also dropped by to give us options for a basement AC system. He took his time to explain the different options they offer and his recommendations from his past experience as an installer and servicer of different systems. Our central AC system was actually installed by Stan Gelber about 11 years ago by a previous owner and the company still had records of it. Jerry took a physical look at it and said it was still in good shape. Overall, our experience with Christian, Jerry, and the whole company was very positive."
