"This is the absolute best auto mechanic shop in the world. I have owned a Mercedes for eleven years, only took it to a Mercedes auto shop. I was ripped off royally, my vehicle was not repaired, but I was charged. Took it to Uniondale auto, and Alex, Chris and Jerry are the best in the world. They are professional, their prices are excellent and they know their stuff. Thank you guys, no one else will ever work on my vehicle."

"My NYS Emissions/Inspection tag was expired. I stopped at four (4) shops before getting to this one. I even left my number with one of those shops and they never called me back. This shop was able to do the inspection on the spot. The service was courteous. I really appreciated their help and immediate service. Beware if you're using a credit card that there's a slight up-charge of like $1.30 on top of the Inspection cost ($37)."

""Honest, Professional, Efficient, And Really Good!" After having a negative experience with another shop that was price-gouging and telling me I needed repairs I didn't need, I brought my car here for new struts and tires. Alex was extremely accommodating, gave me a very fair price, and was able to have the rather complicated repair (the back seats need to be removed for strut replacement) was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Alex and Uniondale Auto Care for anyone who's tired of being ripped off by typical mechanics."

"We are from out of town and had a car issue while visiting in February. After reading google reviews, we decided to head to Uniondale Auto Care, hoping for the best. These great guys took such good care of us and our car. They treated us like we were locals and frequent customers, when they could have completely taken advantage of us knowing we lived 1000 miles away and were in a tough spot. Thanks to everyone in the shop, we were quickly on our way with our fixed car and we were charged a very fair price. These guys are honest and have so much integrity - they run a great business."
