"Don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from because these guys are a joke. I went here to get the screen on my iPhone replaced and they put this vintage looking screen on it. I told them it looked significantly different from the original and they said it was "the premium quality" that made it look like that. Like a dummy I believed them and 3 days later, the screen started glitching. There would be lines all over the screen that would come and go at random. I went back and informed them, and they insisted they needed some kind of proof.. They were suggesting to record it happening from someone else's phone, and just a whole load of nonsense. They would not give me a refund or even replace the screen even though it was still under their warranty. Crazy! Just be wary of these guys. When I went there, there were 2 Indian guys, one at the counter and another in the basement that does the repairs. Also, if you really pay attention, unprofessionalism is something they're well-versed in. Look at the manner in which they respond to criticism in other reviews. If you're thinking about going here, think again."

"Went in for a phone unlocking ... he took my full payment - which I stupidly paid upfront thinking a fellow Guyanese should be trustworthy - instead I left with a phone that could make calls but access no apps. Umm what year are we in right now?! Not good enough for anyone! He knew it but still refused to refund me ANY of my money. Even a partial refund would have been appreciated but nothing. I do not recommend using this place. Untrustworthy. Makes up own rules as to what is acceptable."

"If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Friendly staff with reasonable prices and fast repair times! The back of my phone ended up shattering and I had to have the replacement part held off for a few days and the owner was more than accommodating with my situation."
