"I bought a infiniti 2023 QX55 in July by August the car kept shutting down on me and instead of giving me a new car, they proceeded to say they can’t give me a new car without trying to fix it I took the car in for service three times the first two times they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. By the third time the car had shut off for me in the middle of the road and they told me by the third time that it was showing somethings finally on the engine that they needed to fix and the part was missing Keep in mind. This is a 2023 car it took a month for them to fix it and today after picking it up the car broke down on me again in the middle of the road and they still don’t want to take the car back. this is not my first time having a infiniti, this is actually my third car with them. but my first time with this dealership. after the one in Manhasset close down, I called for the manager and he never called me back. I would not recommend anybody to buy their car from here or come to this location"

"Took my car for an oil change and asked them to change my key's battery too. Waited almost 3 hours to get it done and afterwards my key fob stopped working. Dude tried to blame me and say that the key fob didn't work when I came in which was an obvious lie. Then they tried to charge me $190 to reprogram the key that they broke. This is the type of customer service you can expect at this place."
