"Upon talking with the technician about my Samsung phone, he disclosed that there was no guarantee that the phone would be fixed as this was Saturday. On Sunday, I called to check the status of the phone and I was told that the phone was fixed and the cost of repair would be $80. I arrived the following day and to my disappointment, I was told that the phone was unable to be fixed. I was livid because I received conflicting information about my phone. I do appreciate the transparency upon discussing whether the phone is a fixable phone or not."
