"I needed a repair on my oven. Granted, I have a bit of an obscure brand (Jade) but they had fixed it in the past, so I figured I would try them again. It was making a funny sound, and I sent a video in advance. The repairman came and said that nothing was wrong with it. The dispatch called me directly afterward to bill my credit card for the full amount. I explained what happened, and let her know that I was positive that there was an issue, and that the guy hadn't spotted it. She said that there was a warranty on the service and that if it reoccured I should call back. Sure enough, two weeks later my oven completely died. I tried to reach back out by email to dispatch and was ignored until I called and someone called back. I also spoke to the repairman and asked him to come back. He said he would order the correct parts and come back. He never did. And further reachouts to dispatch were also ignored. Long story short - they didn't know how to fix my oven, charged me full price and ignored their warranty. Total fail."

"I had to add a star just so I can post a review, but this place is not even a one star. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My company called them for a leak we had behind our refrigerator. Took 5 days to finally show up after blowing us off, should've been our first clue. kept saying they were on their way. Finally on the 5th day 440pm they call said they would b here in 20min. DID NOT show up until 912pm. If it wasn't for our building engineer being nice enough to stay we most likely would've been charged for nothing ( 90.00 fee just to come out). It took the repair man about 20min to fix our leak. We got charged $320.00. No, really!! when we called the next day we were told because we did authorize card and the leak was fixed, deal with it. WoW!! How professional. shows up after 9pm after days of blowing us off, then 20min work for a little over $300. And btw the supposed assistant to manager, because you can't talk to the manager ( how convenient ) is absolutely one of the rudest person you can talk to. So I would highly recommend one of the many other repair shops around."
