"This is a SCAM! I only called them because they answer the phone on the weekends, and that's how they get you. Rajesh, the person running the operation, will come to your home and tell you that the unit either needs power washing/ or that it is leaking in the internal piping. He will then take the AC to his "shop" and tell you that you need a new AC and charge you an exorbitant price for it. At that point, you are committed, and if you accept, he will install the new unit and install it improperly. The new unit we got from them broke after just a week of operation (the AC must have been defective). I got an honest company to come and look, and they said that the AC was not installed properly and that likely had caused it damage (also a few cables were left "intentionally" inside the unit). Please, stay away from it!"
