"Life savers. Truly amazed on how quick Jim and Sara were able to help us. Our well pump broke on a Sunday morning. We were completely dry, no running water. The pump finally gave out from months and months of short cycling (pressure tank broke and we didn't replace it). I called and left 2 messages with AAA American Pump. Jim called me back within a couple of hours. They were completely booked for the next 2 weeks... but since it was an emergency Jim was able to come at 7:30am the next day and replaced the well pump and pressure tank. We had running water by 10am on Monday. They were quick, professional, and followed all Covid protocols. I was amazed to see Sara pulling up 200ft of hose and wires to get to the pump. Pretty impressive back and biceps workout! Price was high-ish but fair, no complaints here especially on how fast they were able to get us all fixed. Less than 24 hrs from original call. Overall, very happy. They really were life savers."
