"A nice little oasis in a middle of a very busy intersection in Manhattan. Could be much better taking care of and monitored than it is now. The fountain is off or broken. Lots of loose garbage spread throughout. I actually witnessed a whole bunch of clothing, hung up on the benches to dry, which I can only assume was the contents of someone's suitcase, which got wet. Could be much, much better. Needs to be cleaned up!"

"A triangular-shaped park in a busy section of Tribeca. The feature that I found that was most pleasing, was the continuous flow of the water feature. They also have plenty of seating all around. I found it calming to take a breather to sit for a few minutes."
