Very unprofessional of him to keep telling me he would do my taxes, give me one excuse after another and continue to tell me he would get them done by a certain date, but then never got them done...even after an extension was requested. He did not have me waiting days or weeks, but 6 months!!! This was not a 1 time occurrence either. I gave him a second chance after he did that the prior year. At the end, both times I had to find someone else to get my taxes done. He never called back after the last time he finally picked up the phone to tell he will send me the taxes...many emails and many calls with no response, staff that had no answer on the status of my taxes...horrible experience. Can't be trusted!"
