"First of all, I have doubt if Mr. Suraj is aware about the situation of his office staff or not. Because the way he set up the communication system, nobody can say or inform anything to Suraj without his office staff. So, whatever his front desk people are doing, he may not know if he is not paying attention to it. Mr. Suraj had good reputation before with myself and my other family members for more than 10 years. But because of his business expansion, he is so busy that he is not reachable at all. And his front desk people are very unprofessional and don’t care about client’s business. The service level has deteriorated big time. Just to do a business registration, I had to call back and forth almost for two weeks and then got a chance to talk to Mr. Suraj only for 1-2 minutes. He advised me to contact his office staff for further processing. I sent my email and called them several times, they were not responsive. Twice they said they will call back, but they did not. After wasting my 10-12 days, I got a chance to talk to Suraj’s daughter one day, and then someone from their office called and said she will make my document ready and will call me and email me for my signature by end of that day. I was waiting and did not get any call back. After one week, I called them several times, and nobody answered. Today I got email almost after 20 days later and saying that they are reattaching the document and have been waiting for my reply!!!! What a joke. The person who drafted the email tried to pretend that it’s my fault and they are waiting…… how funny is this!!!! If Mr. Suraj has million-dollar business and if he does not care about such small dealing with his client like me, and if he or his team does not have any empathy for their client’s urgency and necessity, then definitely his business will start declining. If they can’t serve, they should have stated this at the first place, why did they waste my valuable timing? If their office is closed because of holidays, they should have set up in their telephone voice record as well. And already communicated with few of his client, and everybody is saying that in recent years he is not caring much about his clients. I have seen such unprofessional business trend in some other community, but never expected this from him or his team."

"Boss himself comes out and talks to you then his staff are so courteous and humble always trying their best to make sure that everything is properly dealt with and that you are satisfied. Mr. Suraj is always on the go not like some people just sit back and work slow He gets up and make sure it’s dealt with ."

"Decided to go through my last three years transcripts, and all the returns per the IRS were higher than whatever the amount I got back in my account was. It’s worth noting the deposits came from something called TPG products or services (something like that). I contacted this office, more than once, and it’s pretty much been a back and forth with no real resolution. Communication was never this offices strong point. But in this scenario they should probably make an effort to address the issue. They called once, I returned the call and received no answer. Suraj is friendly, the staff generally were too, but business is business and now we’re talking discrepancies amounting to several hundreds of dollars over the last three years (may be more, I’ve only gone back to 2018 and have been using 1040pros since 2016) I never leave reviews, but this tends to garner more attention. So, hopefully I’ll get an answer sooner now."
