"One of the absolute worst tax services in the area. Scott is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. He curses like a sailor on his clients anytime there is a disagreement. Not to mention they are highly greedy and money minded- they will over charge you for their services because of their “experience and expertise”. If you have any dignity, do not go here."

"This facility is just beyond horrible. The front desk secretary is crazy. She yelled at me in front of everyone for just asking a simple question and then when I asked if I can use her pen to fill out some papers she said “why don’t I walk around with a pen it’s not my job to supply you with one” in front of everyone. I complained to Scott and he just didn’t care at all. I did not give them my services. Horrible experience ever."

"While Scott and Arti have been wonderful and we have had our taxes filed by them for nearly 38 years, the person at the front desk is the reason why I give them one star. I signed in at 10:30 am, and saw that the list contained about 12 people, and the 3 before me did not have check marks. So, I assumed that there were only 3 ahead of me. I came home, and after 7 hours, I called to ask if it was my turn. The person called Vee answered and said that there were 2 more people before me. On Thursday she had said that they would be open on Friday, but they weren’t. I did not know that they had made that decision later on in the day. Keeping that in mind, I asked, “Are you sure? I thought there were only 3 people ahead of me.” To which she replied in a raised strident voice, “Are you calling me a liar?” I tried to explain that maybe since she had given me erroneous information, I just wanted to make sure. But, she wouldn’t listen. Even Scott believed that I had called her a liar. He too wouldn’t listen to me when I went to the office. I usually speak in a low tone, and what with my husband telling me to keep quiet, and Vee complaining loudly, Arti trying to keep the peace, and Scott telling me that I shouldn’t have called her a liar, I felt belittled and embarrassed in front of another client. I did not call her a liar but decided to try to make peace - which she rebuffed as if she was the injured party. She forgot that they provide a service, and I am a client. She is not professional at all. Be careful what you ask her, she’ll take it as a personal insult."
