"IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS THAT WOULD BE A MORE ACCURATE RATING. ALI SPENT 4 HOURS DOING MY TAXES IN 2022. THE WHOLE TIME TALKING DOWN TO ME AND MY HUSBAND, BOASTING ABOUT HOW MANY PROPERTIES HE OWNS, THEN CHARGED US $500 TO DO OUR PERSONAL AND LLC TAXES. ALL THAT MOUTH JUST TO FIND OUT HE COMPLETELY MESS UP. BECAUSE OF HIS AND ONLY HIS MISTAKES ENDED UP COSTING ME MY LLC. HE SUBMITTED THE INCORRECT TAX YEAR (MY LLC WAS STARTED IN 2021, HE SUBMITTED A FORM FOR 2020 - WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT WHEN IT DID NOT EXIST IN 2020 AND HE KNEW THIS AS ALL THE INFORMATION WAS PRESENTED TO HIM?) + ENTERED THE WRONG EIN ON THE FORMS. WE WENT TO A NEW TAX PERSON IN 2023 WHICH IS HOW WE’RE FINDING OUT HOW MANY MISTAKES WERE REALLY MADE. AS A RESULT THIS IS NOW COSTING US THOUSANDS IN PENALTIES BY THE IRS. SO ALI, WHEN YOU READ THIS, JUST KNOW YOU AREN'T AS GREAT AS YOU WERE TRYING TO TALK YOURSELF UP TO BE. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY HARD WORK AND THE SETBACKS I NOW FACE DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE."

"Just called this places to find out if they notaries documents and the Guy on the phone was like WHO IS THIS? Definitely rude and unprofessional. "I was like it a customer.... you know what forget it." and hung up."

Ali is ill mannered and has no respect for his customers. Neil has no phone manners whatsoever. They do not respond to customers phone calls. I do NOT recommend anyone to go here. When you are professional, you act with the highest standards of integrity and regard for your organization's welfare, not to mention the best interests of its customers.This place is unbelievably unprofessional on so many levels.Take your business elsewhere."
