"First 2yrs was great great response time attentiveness. This year very unorganized very unresponsive. Confused. Not prepared to have conversations about my business. I asked her over and my refund amount any other time she sends it then submits my papers this time the numbers are alllll over the place. She gave me the number finally after getting firm with her, then when I stated I need them to be sent in I can’t wait anymore I have my stuff in NY to move down due to the fact I moved down south she said ok I sent it. The two weeks came and went I was scheduled to be in NY and I didn’t have to money to help move my things out my old place I had to throw it away I LOST Everything I worked for due to Sandra incompetents. The whole time she’s not communicating anything with me she in fact tooooo quiet. The whole time blaming the IRS for the delays. When I’m fact it’s her mistakes that cause me this. Everyone else said they have there’s so I knew something was wrong. I checked my state refund and it said the info that was sent in doesn’t match the records. So I went and looked over the papers the refund amount was way high then she told me on both. She messed up my adjust gross by 10 THOUSAND dollars not a few digits 10 federal form said I made 20k the state said 30k. When I text her she said she was at the doctors from 9a and how she will call me when she’s done. At 3p she’s texting me but no call. I called and text at 7p still no answer. This piss poor service. Her behavior shows lack of accountability and that she’s not woman enough to face her wrongs but want alllllll the stars when things goes right. She could have avoid allllll of this even this review with simple communication. She’s Cowardly"
