"Went to Frederick Towles in early March to file my business and personal taxes for federal and state. Frederick said that 5 weeks was more than enough time to for him to file by April 17, 2018. I got a letter from the IRS and New York State saying that taxes weren't filed till Mid May, so I was charged late filing penalty fees. I contacted the Towles Group and they said they would have no problem in issuing a refund in the amount of the penalties, roughly $350. Till date (it's August now) I have not received any check, and all of my calls and emails have gone unanswered."
