"I have been an old customer for many years, but the service attitude is still very poor. Like mainlanders, please avoid this company. No matter how you defend and make things difficult for customers, it is just not right."

"I had the best experience the first year working with them and the worst in tax year 2019 when they went ahead and did my taxes without my authorization and refused to answer my pertinent questions unless I paid. They also raised the fee on the spot. When I reviewed their work in the past three years in preparation for 2020, I discovered and verified errors on two of the three years where the other one year they corrected it before only after I researched and told them to, for which the accountant apologized, but she didn't check the previous year and still made an error on a later tax year. Then they didn't return my phone calls and emails regarding the remaining errors and a subsequent in-person visit led to the discovery that the office was dark with no sign on the door!"

"Worst tax service ever. Did not check my identity at all and directly filed fax assuming everyone is a resident. If not caught by myself, could end up taxing in a totally wrong way. Careless and unprofessional service. Made a mistake and showed no intention of apologizing and refunding, acting like the clients should know all things. Why would I cone to you if I knew everything? Definitely won't recommend it. Whoever came to this should think twice and check other options."
