"My business worked with Casale in Clifton Park to rent a forklift and had a great experience. We had odd sized doors through which the forklift needed to fit, so they kindly went out to grab measurements while I was on the phone to make sure that the forklift we were renting would not be too large. We originally booked for one day and but realized a few days before that we'd need to extend to a week - that reservation extension process was easy to do over the phone, and we could even use the original deposit for the extended reservation so it was minimal hassle. I spoke to several different employees over the phone throughout the process and they were all very pleasant and helpful."

"Very unfair cleaning charge of 5 hours at $95 an hour claiming it was frozen. First frost of the year. Warmed up to 40 by nine a.m. I was contemplating taking it for the day to properly clean and utilize for a few more hours. The guy said whatever Time they spent on cleaning it they would charge me. Absolutely not true. Didn’t think they would dupe me like that. For that they deserve to be called out. I had rented an excavator that was just as dirty and it took me 3 hours and that machine is much bigger."
