"I contacted Capitaland to have a small repair/ restretch done on an area of carpet that had pulled away from the tack strip, and suffered some damage due to traffic. Although they did not install the original carpet, capitaland came out to look at the damage and gave me a fair quote to restretch, resecure, and add a protective threshold over the area. I was impressed with the communication, friendliness, and quality of the work. Tami, Frank, and the installer, caleb, we're all great to work with. Given the small size of this job, there was likely very little profit for capitaland to make on it. However, they still gave me their full attention, and took the time to make a happy customer. I will use them again for any other carpet/flooring related work in the future."

They did a super job with the installation; they were very polite; they took the time with moving the furniture, careful not to scratch anything in the process, and putting them back together exactly the way they were; they went above and beyond to make us happy. They even helped us with resizing the doors' bottom as the new carpet is higher than the old one. Then afterward they cleaned up! The floor they used as the work area is cleaner than before they started :)"
