"He was to remove gutters, front porch, install new steps to front, replace garage entry door and replace roof and gutters. Conveniently, the gutter replacement was left off the contract. I was told I had to pay additional amount to get gutters put back on. In June of 2022 he told me he would be out the next week to finish the job. I am still waiting for the gutters and the garage door. He quit responding. I chose him mostly due to all the positive reviews. I will do more research as to who is posting said reviews in the future. I definitely would NOT recommend using this contractor."
